The Black Boy bar and restaurant.

Description:

Late 18th Century building, listed Grade II, which has been changed and extended at different times and has a cluttered appearance.

Painted brick and rendering on random stone plinth. Projecting eaves with plastered soffit, half glazed and panelled door with flat projecting hood over (mentioned in the listing document), elaborate first floor windows.

Comment:

The name has changed in recent years and the reversion to the historic “Black Boy” name is welcome.
