NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE

74th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE SOCIETY

Will be held at

St Luke’s Church Hall, Eardley Road, Sevenoaks

On 23th September 2026 at 7.15pm

In 1987 land owned by the Duchy of Cornwall was earmarked for development by the local authority. The then Prince Charles took a keen interest from the start and indeed wrote a book “Vision of Britain – a personal view of Architecture.”  The Duchy of Cornwall, eager to promote the prince’s ideas chose to lead the planning itself rather than sell the land to an established builder. Construction started in 1993 and is nearing completion.
