Undistinguished modern flat roofed building on three floors in five bays with sixth to RHS forming access to rear car park, bays two and three recessed at first and second floor levels in poor quality brick. Ground floor modern shop fronts with large single pane display windows except for entrances in metal surrounds, no. 69 under deep full width fascia and tiled low varied height stall risers. M3 House has exposed beam white painted over opening at first floor level with shallower fascias over two single pane display windows on tiled stall risers. First and second floors, no. 69 three casement windows per floor under deep fascia lead flashed. No. 69 bays two/three recessed; first floor glazed timber panel with single door, fixed light and casement over timber panel under cill. Second floor, each bay has casement and fixed light to cill height windows over timber panel and under deep fascia. M3 House three windows per floor each in three with centre fixed light and casement side openings with brick wall capped with lead flashing. Penthouse on third floor just visible reflects three bay arrangement on floors below.
